1. The open-themed ERS Seed Fund call to promote original, interdisciplinary research ideas: OPEN Seed Fund 2026.

2. The ERS START 2026 (formerly RWTH Start-Up) to support researchers in the early stages of their careers and promote their scientific independence.

The latest submission deadline is February 17, 2026, with funding starting from July 2026.

Submissions should be made through the ERS portal at http://portal.ers.rwth-aachen.de.
