The Gender-Sensitive Medicine Working Group of the Faculty of Medicine cordially invites you to the event "Check-up Aachen: How gender-sensitive

The aim of the event is to discuss and highlight the relevance of gender-sensitive medicine in clinical practice, research and teaching at our faculty.

The event will begin with two keynote speeches by the two winners of the GESmed Prize (Aachen Prize for Gender-Specific Research in Medicine), followed by pitches from various fields of medicine, and will conclude with an exciting panel discussion.

Date: Wednesday, 4 February

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Location: Seminar room of the RWTH University Hospital

Call for pitches:

We cordially invite you to present a creative contribution on the topic of ‘Gender-sensitive medicine in [one of the areas] of clinical practice, research and teaching’.

If you would like to submit a contribution or participate in the event, please register by 18 January 2026 at the latest at gendermedizin@ukaachen.de.
