Brigitte-Gilles-Prize 2026

Once again this year, RWTH Aachen University is honoring outstanding commitment to gender equality with the “Brigitte-Gilles Prize.”

The prize recognizes both university-based and regional projects at schools or extracurricular institutions that contribute to funding for women and the promotion of gender equality through innovative approaches. Each award comes with a prize of 2,500 euros.

In addition, outstanding theses from all faculties with a clear connection to the topic of gender equality will be recognized. Theses will receive a prize of 500 euros.
