RWTH Publications and Personal Authority Records
RWTH Publications is the central document server of RWTH Aachen University. According to the RWTH's publication guidelines (as of 30.09.2020), all scientific publications by members of the RWTH must be entered here. This entry can be made after the end of the respective publication year as part of the central data entry round at the Faculty of Medicine (publications from EVALuna are automatically transferred to RWTH Publications).
The document server can also be used for (secondary) publication. Further information can be found on the pages of the University Library. This applies in particular to dissertations.
RWTH Publications can also be used, for example, to integrate publication lists on your website.
Personal Authority Records in RWTH Publications
In order to be able to assign your publications correctly and uniquely to you in RWTH Publications, they must be linked to a new Personal Authority Records, which is fed from RWTH's central identity management (IdM).
We generally recommend that employees create a Personal Authority Records - you can also link this to your ORCiD. After creating the Personal Authority Records, you will be automatically contacted by the University Library as part of the "claiming procedure" and informed about linked or not clearly linkable publications.
