Here you will find a list of other prizes and awards presented at RWTH Aachen University. This list is not exhaustive. Current details on calls for applications, conditions of participation and nomination as well as the recipients can be found on the respective websites.

Brigitte Gilles Prize

The Brigitte Gilles Prize is awarded annually by the RWTH in three categories for innovative projects and measures to promote women with a connection to the RWTH. Projects, initiatives and individuals that contribute to promoting the interest of female students in the STEM disciplines or to improving the conditions for women at the university as well as outstanding theses with a clear reference to the topic of gender equality can be honored.

DAAD Prize

The DAAD Prize is awarded to international students or doctoral candidates with outstanding academic achievements and special intercultural commitment.

FAMOS for Family

RWTH Aachen University presents the FAMOS für Familie award to Executives who have been nominated by their employees for their special commitment to a family-friendly working atmosphere.

Innovation Award

The RWTH's Innovation Award recognizes innovative and technology-based ideas with particularly high innovation potential.

IntSpire

The IntSpire award recognizes inspiring achievements and personal commitment to the internationalization of RWTH.

Spin-off Award

The RWTH Aachen University Spin-off Award is presented to outstanding spin-offs from the university. The winners are selected by a jury from RWTH Innovation.
